RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all the product & services sold on our website.

ALL ONLINE PROGRAMS FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

NO REFUNDS or NO CREDITS for partial complete online course or missed class.

Cancellation or Modification of your course enrollment can be done within 24 hours from your purchase.

A request to cancel or modify your course enrollment within 24 hours from your purchase by email to info@munishmaya.com

To avoid delay in processing your cancellation, please provide the course registrant name and email, date, name of course enrolled and type of payment method in your email.

To modify an enrollment, please provide the course registrant name and email, date, name of course enrolled and the correct course you want to enroll. While seats availability may be limited, we may not guarantee a successful modification but will do our best to process your modification request.

After 24 hours from your purchase, your course enrollment is considered as “confirmed”, and it is too late to cancel or modify it.

Online Programs sold with Money Back Guarantee may be eligible for Refund, provided the course registrant met certain conditions to exercise the Guarantee. **Guarantee must be specified on sales or checkout page to qualify for refund.**

Refund Request must be submitted to info@munishmaya.com prior to expiration date of Money Bank Guarantee.
